2010 Lifeblood Award Nominations Being Accepted

The first ever Lifeblood Awards will be unveiled at the 2010 Annual Dinner at Der Dutchman.  Three awards will be given out each in the following categories:

• Lifeblood Award for Volunteerism – This award is given to the person or a group of people whose volunteer efforts brought enormous value to the Central Ohio Chapter of NHF.
• Lifeblood Award for Philanthropy – The winner of this award will be someone whose generosity goes far beyond the norm.  This isn’t always measured in dollars and cents, but rather by how much that person had to sacrifice to ensure our chapter accomplished its goals.
• Lifeblood Award for Inspiration – If your actions can serve as an inspiration to the bleeding disorders community, then you are a good candidate for this award.  Our chapter wants you to live life to the fullest and this award seeks to honor those who are doing just that.

We will honor each of the winners at the Annual Dinner on November 3, 2010 and will present them with a beautiful blown glass award. Please download the nomination form and return it to our office by September 30, 2010 for consideration.
