Networks of Support

The Central Ohio Chapter of NHF doesn’t have “support groups” per se.  Instead, we try to create an environment where networks of support form organically, most commonly as a result of one of our weekend retreats.  These peer-led groups are empowered to operate in a manner which they deem fitting and while the chapter will do everything asked of it to support these groups, we do remain hands-off unless asked otherwise.

Another network of support that many of our consumers have found helpful is the Chapter’s Facebook page.  It’s a great way of getting to know other members of the community in a much deeper way than can otherwise be achieved by attending an event.
